Today was my last day! I did the Fit Test and I got petty awesome results! Overall, I loved Insanity. I wouldn’t recommend it for beginners, because it’s intense. But for someone who’s been working out for a little while, it’s great. You’ll lose fat, gain muscle and firm basically every part of your body. I still want to lose some weight (I didn’t eat very well for my first month, at all) but I’m really happy with my results. :)
Oh yeah. Today was my first day of college. Winnnnnnnnning :D
Guys, today was my last workout!! Monday I’ll do the Fit Test and then I am officially done with Insanity! I did Max Cardio Conditioning today which was awesome, but I skipped some of it because I was in hurry cause I had to go somewhere. But when I got home I also did Cardio Abs and my stomach is now burning. I also played a baseball game today so I got in a little extra workout. I’m so glad to be done now, though. Cause now I can go for runs and make up my own workouts! I’ll write my final thoughts, results, etc about Insanity on Monday. Good night! x
Today was the last time I’ll ever do Max Interval Plyo. Great workout today, I pushed myself and it was awesome. I’m sweaty, shaky and sore, but it’s so worth it. I seriously have got to get a shower. Lol. Catch ya later!
Only 2 more workouts and then the Fit Test and I’m done!! Can’t believe how far I’ve gotten! Today was awesome, it was my recovery day so I did Core Cardio & Balance. Love this workout. My shoulders are burning pretty bad, but I love it. :)
Today I didn’t workout. I just didn’t have the energy. But I’ve eaten so cleanly this week and I had really good workouts on Monday & Tuesday, so I honestly don’t regret it. Plus I went for a nice walk today to get in a little exercise and fresh air.

Eeeeeeek :D Only a few more days left (and only a few days till college classes start)!! Today was Max Cardio Conditioning which is my favorite, but today I didn’t do my best. I ate pretty well, but I could have pushed myself a little harder, but it’s no biggie. I also did Cardio Abs, so awesome and my abs are legit getting so hard. I loooove being a fitblr. :) :)
Yesterday was a rest day and today was my least favorite, Max Interval Plyo. Buuut, I powered through and had a kick butt workout. And I’ve eaten really clean today - healthy breakfast sandwich, salad with grilled chicken for lunch and a granola bar as a snack.
And oh yeah, one other little thing, I REGISTERED MY CLASSES for college, & I’m officially a college girl. :D Today couldn’t be more great. :D
Ahh, Core Cardio & Balance today! I’m really happy with myself - I had a great workout and I ate really well today. :) I had a crappy day yesterday, but today definitely made up for it! Time to get to bed now, goood night loves :) x
Ugh. So frustrated. I only did the warm up and the stretch and I still had like 40 minutes left. And I just had noooooo motivation to even move. And it’s late and I need a shower. & I’m just so frustrated. And I’m really nervous about this test I have to take on Monday. ASLKJFL:SDKJFE FE UGH. Today has really kind of sucked.
Tomorrow will be better hopefully. Nice messages would be appreciated :)
