Weight Loss

I have always been chubby, but over the past few years, it’s just gotten out of control. I’ve been getting almost no exercise and I have definitely been overeating. So I decided to take control and to lose weight the healthy way! 

INSANITY:
My sister-in-law and I started a diet/workout program called Insanity. We are going to do it for 60 days. I’m eating 1900 calories a day and doing intense workouts 6 days a week! It’s pretty crazy, but the results will speak for themselves :) 

My starting measurements:          After Month 1:

Thighs: 25”                                      Thighs: 23-1/2”

Arms: 12”                                         Arms: 12”

Waist: 31”                                        Waist: 31”

Belly Button: 38”                             Belly Button: 34”

Hips: 38”                                          Hips: 36-1/2”

So, here goes. I’ll be weighing myself every Monday morning.

Week 1: 6/18/12 - 150.6 lbs

Week 2: 6/25/12 - 149 lbs

Week 3: 7/02/12 - 149 lbs

Week 4: 7/09/12 - 149 lbs

Week 5: 7/16/12 - 150 lbs

Week 6: 7/23/12 - 149 lbs

Week 7: 7/30/12 - 147 lbs

Week 8: 8/06/12 - 146 lbs

Week 9: 8/13/12 - 146 lbs

Week 14: 9/10/12 - 146 lbs
